I’ve spent most of my life in Kansas and plan to keep building something meaningful here, delivering IT services that feel approachable and genuinely helpful. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, I’ve always focused on doing things a little differently; being personable, building real relationships, and making technology feel less like a barrier and more like a tool.



These days, I spend a lot of my time focused on the bigger picture, but I still enjoy digging into the technical side, such as solving complex issues and keeping an eye on the systems behind the scenes. I’ve always been interested in gadgets, automation, and finding better ways to make things work, but I also enjoy stepping away from the screen and working with my hands. Outside of IT, I’m drawn to creating and building things; whether that’s designing something in CAD, 3D printing a new idea, or bringing a project to life on a CNC or laser. I enjoy the process just as much as the end result.

COURTNEY COFFMAN

Office Manager / Client Services

I work with our team to keep things running smoothly at ICT; coordinating projects, managing internal systems, and staying connected with clients to keep things moving forward. I joined the team in 2018, and over time I’ve gotten to know our clients and systems really well. If you have a question, a request, or something that needs attention, I’m often one of the people helping figure out the next step or getting it to the right place.

I also enjoy getting involved on the technical side. I regularly help troubleshoot everyday tech issues, assist with equipment deployments, and answer the “quick questions” that come up; whether that’s untangling a Microsoft 365 issue or translating technical concepts into plain English. I like being the bridge between the technical side and the people using it, helping make things feel a little less overwhelming.

When I’m not working, I’m usually wrapped up in a creative project, taking care of my ever-growing collection of houseplants, or trying to pet every dog I meet.

When I’m not exploring something tech‑related, I’m probably out with my dog, checking out cars, or finding my next rock‑climbing route. I’m drawn to anything that mixes problem‑solving with a sense of adventure.
